The Strategic Content Model is a tool for developing and auditing a web site's content. It consists of six overlapping communication tasks that create and define the user's experience with your site, your product, your organization, your brand. To be most effective from a content perspective, a web site should accomplish these six tasks:

4. Transact

5. React/Listen

6. Evolve
